Service very bad did not get help

Bought a Bennet Read Hydrovac 15 and the black Sponge filter for dust inside got messed up then I called customer care line *** they took time to answer and after answering they just dropped my call can we please find a solution or just reimburse us with a different vaccum if there are no parts
