Service exceeding all expectations

I had a problem with my Tevo 8-in1 Gourmet chef and contacted Tevo. Ernest Cuthbert collected the pot from me and within 24 hours, my pot was returned by Bongani (I assume). This was probably the best service that I have ever received from any retailer. I have saved to much electricity with my pot and it is just the best way to cook! I plan to gradually replace all my kitchen appliances with Tevo products. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ernest and Bongani for their professional, friendly and unsurpassed service - you are real stars!
