******** the consumer with guarantee or warranty?

I bought a Bebbett Hydro Advanced water filtration system on 11/11/2019. I did go online and do an extended warranty.

I paid R1 914 for it!! I hardly used it. it has a 2-year guarantee and a 3-year warranty. When it broke less than a year later they sent me a quotation for R999.00?? how does that make sense? It's not even worth that much. see attached

I have been back and forth with Tevo and the technical department without any joy and they are adamant that I burnt out the motor!!

I am a qualified hydraulic engineer and I have checked the machine myself and I know it is the bearing on the electric motor that broke.

It seems to me that Tevo only wants to make money, My paperwork (USER GUIDE) and warranty book CLEARLY read 2-year guarantee. see attached job quotations done in one day. (2 different quotes) they don't correspond with each other. why have they discontinued this product? I wonder!

So I waisted my money and will NEVER buy anything from Tevo
