RUDE RECEPTIONIST

I had a carpet shampooer that was ****** so obviously I want to replace it. I contacted Electrolux head offic on *** around 11:10am 19/04/2027. I wait until the machine says, "Hold on for the operator" I tell this woman I need to speak to someone in sales about an particular machine, she tells me they dont sell anything i must phone Makro. I tell her I first want to find out if Electrolux still makes this machine, she starts arguing and then slams the phone down on me. Thank you for the professional staff that you employ.
