Bennett Read productions should come out with a warning on the box "******* Product, Do not PURCHASE" have taken my iron in for repairs and used it for three sessions (it's only 4 months old) and.........off we go to get a new iron. NOT A BENNETT READ. Looking at the complaints do they not have any shame?
