Rotten service

I have an extended warranty on my Bennett Read Force 10x vacuum clean model SL158. For over 1 month I have been in contact with the Tevo Head Office awaiting stock of the floor nozzle on which the wheel is broken only to be told this morning that this product & all spares is discontinued! Yet the item is still sold on Takealot!!!
