******* on cancelation of laybe, it's absurd

I lay bye a 22L Airfryer with Tevo then I decided not to go with it anymore and got another brand, when I went to collect my deposit, am told they charge u a fee which is 10% of the order value, so since I paid in R500 to a r3199 item, I got back r180 from them, wat a *******, the whole 10% is said to be for storage, why cnt they just charged interest and storage fee wen u laybye cos it still stays within their premise for 3 months never mind its in demand, am so disappointed, to think that I used to recommend it to ppl, Hell no, to think I changed from Russell hobb to Bennett read products that most of them had to send them back for repair within 6 months. They should be ashamed xem. Very disappointed, you just lost a loyal customer
