Replacement spares impossible to find

I will never again buy any appliances from this brand. I've been struggling to get ahold of anyone just to buy a simple replacement battery for my Alphabot Max, but it seems absolutely impossible for this company to even answer a simple phone call or email. SUPER disappointed and I've clearly wasted my money.
