Refund

I purchased a Bennett Read ONE the complete home cleaning system and on my second use the peace came out from the surface cleaning brush and I took it back to Game Heidelberg mall where I bought it and asked for refund and they called the person in charge and he refused to refund me. I will never advise anyone to buy Bennett Read products because they are not useful
