Refund

I have a horrible experience with Tevo, the Reef Branch. I purchased an item on black Friday, only to find out that it was not what I wanted. I returned the merchandise which was about R1200+. I returned it on the 02/12/2025. To this date I have not yet received my refund. Very frustrating as most retailers refund within 24 to 48 hours. I will never buy from Tevo again or even recommend it to anyone. Why take so long to refund a customer.
