Recoating Bennett Read Copper & Rock Non-Stick

I've enquired about recoating the pots I bought in 2019 which came with a recoating lifetime guarantee but I'm not getting a response. I'm wondering if this was a lie told to the customers just to lure them to buy the pots. I contacted the Durban branch on ***. I was advised byMakhanani Matjeke to book the unit for repairs on this address. Does the lifetime guarantee even exist or its just a ****?
