Reasonable part prices and great after sales service.

The head of my 4 year old vacuum cleaner broke which is normal wear and tear. Since it's old I couldn't find it in the shops around me in Pretoria. I emailed customer support with a photo of the part. Withing 30 minutes they emailed me back with a very reasonable price of R120 and offered shipping for R40. I picked it up at the warehouse in Midrand which took 5 minutes.

Great after sales service and they don't rip their customers off with part prices.
