Quote Request

I received a Bennet Read vacuum cleaner (Micro) as a gift from my father. A nozzle has gone missing (by my own fault). I have requested a quote for a replacement nozzle from a Tevo consultant at Game Heidelberg. I have not received it. I have been requesting this for several months now. I use this nozzle specifically for pet hair, I don't use the vacuum cleaner for anything else. I cannot use this vacuum cleaner without this nozzle. Can I please have a quote for a replacement nozzle??????
