Quick Turnaround from initial problem

At first not getting hold of anyone who could have helped me with spare parts for my vacuum cleaner (Pipe broke). After my initial post, the problem was quickly resolved and they replaced the pipe free of charge+postage. Farhaad and team requires a high five.
