Quality not make sure

I bought my microwave from game , it's now full of rust and holes at the bottom.how is it possible iv used it for 3 year if not less. How can it be damaged like that. It doesn't make sense to me.

It started with my iron just going off now microwave full of rust and holes. Not nice.
