Prompt and kind service re warranty query

I bought a vacuum cleaner on Black Friday but only opened the product a month later, so missed the 14 day period for the extended warranty registration. An email to Tevo was responded to very promptly and I was kindly allowed to get the warranty extension. Great service. Thank you
