Products overpriced by 250% and no customer service
I purchased Mayka tape 2m x 2 stud online from TEVO for R199.99 a roll (I ordered 10 rolls). I subsequently found exactly the same product at Checkers for R79.99 a roll! I contacted Tevo on their listed email to cancel the order but received no reply and the order was still delivered a week later. Subsequent emails to *** received no reply. Two of the numbers listed on their website, their national customer line and Johannesburg line, go unanswered and the mailbox is full. I finally got hold of someone and have been advised to email them directly. Holding thumbs for a refund .....
