Possibly worst service of any company

Needed to order a part for my Bennett read vacuum cleaner. No easy way to order online. You need to email to get a quote. Even then they give you a price with no way of ordering. After a week got an invoice paid and have now been waiting over a week for feedback. Called 5 times and held each time over 10 min and cannot get an answer
