Poor Service of product - Discontinued

I bought a Bennett Read Hydro Compact vacuum cleaner a few years ago at Makro Milnerton. Still in perfect condition except for the complete set of pipes that's finished. I phoned around to order the pipes only to hear that the machine was discontinued. Very unhappy. Don't even make the parts anymore. What do I do know ? Got a machine in perfect working order but no pipes. Know they expect me to buy a new machine for R1600 (as if money is lying around) while I have a perfectly working machine without pipes. This is unacceptable. I submitted a complaint at Tevo self and they still haven't rep****. I will never in my life buy anything from Tevo again. NO service at all. One guy even told me he'll see what he can do for me ---- Still waiting. Very disappointed.
