Poor Service - NO FEEDBACK/COMMUNICATION

Poor service from the Tevo Outlet in Roodepoort. We called to order a part for our pressure hose. Were told that orders are done on a Monday. We called on the 24th March 2025 (MONDAY) to order. All details were taken and we were notified that it will arrive after a week. Called back the following week on a Tuesday to follow-up, only to find that no part was ordered. When we ask questions, we are not getting back straight answers. When i call no one picks up but when my husband called, the line gets picked up. We are told that our case will be looked at by their supervisor Mpho, but still no feedback. At this point we are irritated by this service that we are receiving from them.
