Poor service from Tevo

Have been in contact with Jwalane Sebusi in your parts department. Tevo(Bennett Read) don't carry parts for their Powerup pet advanced FOL 9810 vacuum cleaner. Can't supply the brush and bearings...only have a belt.The machine is only six months old and parts should be readily available.
