Poor service and product

I am pasting my help chat to warn others of the poor customer service, and potentially a product that does not perform as advertised.

Stop Chat We bought a Bennett Whisper vacuum cleaner - in the shop I tested it and said to the salesman that it is difficult to push on the carpet - he said just to open the value on the stick a bit. We now trying it at home and it is so difficult to push even with the little brush retracted and the suction set to just about minimum when it anyway does not suction the mat clean. Why. I am taking it back, but took the trouble to let them know that their product is not suitable - to give them an opportunity to fix it. If their service was any good, then this would not have gone to this forum.
