Poor Sales Assistance and Communication.

I bought the Magneto Power Backup inverter 1500 with UPS at Makro Wonderboom. It gave me some problems regarding the UPS, and I took it for repairs twice at TEVO.

UNFORTUNATELY still doing the same problem, then I did send email to report it at TEVO(***) then the response was for refund take it to the store we're you bought. It they will asses and do the refund, it was a week later. We'll they called me to confirm if I don't need the inverter or do I still need refund, I yes I need a refund so that I can try other brands. Now we approaching 3rd week still waiting for the refund, Black Friday past thinking maybe will buy something better with that refund but still I'm waiting.

I did send follow up email to TEVO today, no response, how are we going to buy other things from Makro belonging to TEVO or any other if we not getting help. Im still waiting fo refund 3 weeks now, no communication.

Because I have to do follow up, before they give feedback, and I stay far from the shop and I have to travel always to solve the problem.
