Poor quality! Terrible customer service!

I bought a 16 piece pot set and used it one month when one lid came loose and another one filled with water. I took the pots back to Game and the Tevo representative told me that it will be repaired. Needless to say that i registered for a life long warranty that is pure nonsense and a mispresentation! 4 weeks later i received a message that i must pay for the lids as it is not part of the warranty!! It is poor service and poor products! I payed R1700 for pots that I used 1 month!!
