Poor quality Product - SWIFT hand vacume cleaner

VERY DISAPPOINTED with product. Bought TEVO, Bennet read SWIFT cordless wet & dry handvac vacume cleaner in May 2018. It only lasted just over a year. I paid R500. Chose this because of the battery -1300mAh li-ion- should be better quality than the much cheaper ones out there. Previously I had 1 of the other much cheaper ones - that worked perfectly for 10 years before it broke.

I called customer service & was told I have to take it in for repairs which they will charge me for as guarantee expired. I should not have to pay for repairs as they should have warned me it will only last a year and I would have chosen a cheaper option for abt R200 - which probably would have worked perfectly for 10 years.

So, Be warned. Rather go for the cheaper ones. This product if faulty and in stead of selling a proper (expensive) product they sell you ‘****’ that only works for period, just over the guarantee period. Be warned - I wish someone warned me.
