Poor quality and service.

I bought a vacuum cleaner in January 2024 Tough 12 wet dry blow system. I purchased through Game Pinetown KZN. Twice the concertina pipe dislodged from the coupling. Third time the coupling that connects the blower is broken. Warranty is only valid in the motor so the manufacture and defects are not covered so they can sell any a unit with defects and as long as the motor Is working I should be happy with a defected unit. After sales service is poor.
