POOR PRODUCT QUALITY!!!! - 1.7 classified glass kettle

DO NOT BUY 1.7 classified glass kettle from Bennet read, this kettle cracked whilst it was boiling (the product is only 3 months old) , I called Bennet read to fix this and they said it is not covered under warranty , stay away from Bennet read products to avoid poor aftersales service. I now have to buy another kettle due to their poor product quality
