Poor microwave repairs

Bought a microwave in January worked for 10 months and then broke. Took it in for repairs and waited a full month. Tried it out the same day and it still didn't work. Returned it a second time, waited another week. They replaced the metal inside with a shiny paper board and it now takes double the time to heat up. Saving for a brand with better quality. Customer service was good though.
