Poor customers service from Bennett Read and tevo

I bought a Bennett Read vacuum and I send it in for service. When I received it back there was no motor filter with. So I want to bay a new filter and makro did not have. The salesperson told me his receiving the next week and he wil phone me when he has it. That was in August 2023. A week later when I got there thy still not receive it. So I went to game and see if they have a filter. Game also did not have it and the salesperson there say we must order on line. At game and makro they had all the other filters but that one. We emailed them and ask for a filter. They told us we must bay one on line. The filter price is R 69 and delivery R 180. When I ask if we can bay it from the store they said we must order on line because they don't have control over the filters in store. So we must pay delivery fee. Im staying less than 1km from Vaal Mall Game and they can't just send it with here reps and let us know its there that we can go and bay it there. Now I must pay for delivery also. Its not the customers fold if they employ salespeople that is incorporated of doing there job
