Poor customer service

Bought a Bennett & Reaqd Blender. Jug just broke as I was taking it off the machine. Still under warranty. Haned back to GAME 3 weeks ago, was told it takes 21 days to fix - nothing to fix but just replace. Phoned Tevo on Wed, and they said they would fast forward this, but will take another 21 days. HUH?? 21 days to replace a jug??? Pathetic service. Was called back by service dept later and they mentioned that would personally deliver by the end of the week. Tried phoning them now, they don't even answer their phones, not toll free or the number for Johannesburg. Are they on strike? Very disappointed that it would take almost 6 weeks to replace a jug on my blender. Tevo - please jack up your service, I don't think you deserve 1 star!
