Poor after sales service

While I have loved the use of our vacuum cleaner, I have found that the after sales service is terrible! I need a replacement part. The contact centre referred me to the website, the website referred me to an email address, and the list goes on. 3 weeks of trying to get a replacement part and still no response from the service department other than to request the model number yet again?!
