POOR after sales!

Worst after sales service EVER! In my life will I never purchase another Bennett Read product again.

I have been to the Tevo Store in Polokwane Limpopo November 2025 to request a Bennett Read Titan Total Deep Cleaner: 1200 W Wet and Dry Vacuum pipe due to breakage and requested for 2 sets of o-ring seals to replace all. I went to collect this morning (02.02.2026) due to no feedback to be informed that the pipes have arrived but there is no product code for the seals and was told that I have to buy all the pipes (new) which contains the seals in order to acquire them due to there not being an alternative seal that fits. This means that I have to buy the 1.8m Flex-hose and handle (containing 2 seals) and the water bottle and lid (containing 1 Seal), this on top of the 2 pipes I have now purchased... Mind you, the pipes I received have larger fittings and completely different seals, that the original, and now does not fit any of the attachments, which meant I am going to be told to buy all the attaches as well? Pictures will gladly be provided on request. I have phoned Tevo Centurion (supplier) from the branch in Polokwane 5 times and was told I'll be transferred, no one picked up the phone. I received 2 team members numbers and phoned both twice and the line gets dropped. No one can assist and no one seems to be bothered in assisting either. I used to be an avid Bennett Read customer (currently owning, Bennett Read Titan Total Deep Cleaner: 1200 W Wet and Dry Vacuum, Bennett Read Hydro 15 wet dry Vacuum, Bennett Read robo-vac, Bennett Read Pressure washer) and always recommended the product to whomever requested recommendations, a lie I will most definitely be correcting going forward.

I have in my life never been so disappointed in a product I have loyally been supporting my entire life.
