Poor after sale service

I'm running a upholstery cleaning company, bougth machines from Tevo, one broke last year November. I then took it in for repair at their office in Airport Industria Cape Town. Its been four months now still no machine and i'm losing business which they not going to compisate me for. Ive ask them for a loan machine so that business doesnt stand still, but that doenst even bother them. Called them numerous times to asked whats taking so long, but keeps on giving excuses. I'm fed up!!!
