I bought 2 Zingo batteries the 18/08/2020 i used the batteries exactly how one of the employees said I must use. I phoned in September i don't know who i spoke to also tried to see if i can see the exact date i told this lady my zingo is giving me problems i don't know what's wrong i will bring it in as soon as I'm back in town. I went there for them to check what is the problem the technician said its the batteries so o said OK what know no i have to buy new batteries but why this batteries are 3 months and 5 days old so he said it's out on warranty but i phoned in September to say that o don't know what's wrong with my zingo i will bring it in meaning i did phone before my 3 months ao how must i replace this batteries and for that i want a refund because how can batteries only last 3 months then i have to buy new batteries every 3 months that's bad bad i want a refund or they should replace my batteries
