Pathetic service

I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner on 12 October and I still have not received it. I have called in several times to the Centurion office and was told there was a backend issue on the website and my tracking info will be sent to me shortly, but this has not happened. Everytime I call I get the same story. Extremely frustrated with the service received. This is the first and last time I will buy from Tevo. I would have rated 0 stars if possible. Order no : 245049
