Pathetic after sales service

I usually refrain from using the word pathetic, but TEVO is pathetic. I have been trying to get microfibre mops since I bought the AlphaBot Ultra Robot Vacuum. Non of the places that sell this unit, stock the microfibre mops. I drove several times over the last year so to the TEVO outlet in Bloemfontein, just to hear "no stock". Each time.

I phoned last week to ask again, was told someone will call me back. No one returned my call.

A few days after, my wife phoned. They asked her how many we need so they can order. Also told her they will phone her back with details on when stock is expected. No one returned my wife's call.

I logged a complaint via TEVO website about very early this week, not even an acknowledgement of complaint received back form TEVO.

Thus between TEVO as a whole having no stock and the Bloemfontein outlet/TEVO as a whole not caring, I do not know what to do anymore.

I paid a lot of money for the unit, but cannot utilize it fully anymore as I need new microfibre mops. I can just as well throw the unit in the bin.

It is not nice to say this, but TEVO is pathetic!!
