Part ordered for Bennett Read Vacuum Cleaner

I have ordered a part for a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner on the 27th of December. They let me know 21 working days and that they had order the part. When I asked again they said 11 February. The number for Tevo Benoni on google is NEVER available. They don't let you know what is going on. I suggest that people will think twice before buying Bennett Read products. Parts seems to me is not available like they claimed it to be.
