Outstanding Service from Tevo
I contacted the Tevo Call Centre, Faraad assisted me and put me in contact with Steven who is the Area Manager for Johannesburg North, Steven was extremely helpful, even taking my call after office hours, in order to assist me with spare parts for my Bennett Reid Tough 15 Vacuum cleaner. He then met me the following day at a place and time that was convenient for me in order to collect the parts from him.<br> <br> This type of wonderful customer service does not happen often these days.<br> <br>
