Outstanding service and attitude

My Bissel vacuum cleaner was purchased from Makro. After a while it started making odd noises, so we took the trek back to Makro (over 180 km's) to hand it in for repairs. When it was repaired, another trek to fetch it. By the third time the vacuum cleaner had given up the ghost, I wrote to Tevo customer support's Farhaad Hoosen. Amazing response. The faulty vacuum was fetch, repaired and returned to my home. The vacuum dies once again, sadly with a puff of smoke. Farhaad Hoosen took the matter in hand. The vacuum was fetched, motor replaced, then returned to me at home. Now the machine is smoother and quieter than it was from new. Thank you Tevo for amazing service. Thank you Farhaad Hoosen for standing by your word and seeing the problem throught to a happy ending.
