Out of ideas!
Since my last review, I am still fighting for my Bennett Read Kitchen Boss Blender jug to be replaced. It's like screaming to a steady, thick and determined brick wall that is not bothered by your screams. So far, they have sent three jugs on different occassions and all of them were returned as they were flawed. They then promised that their own driver will deliver the jug as the courier broke the jug. Surprisingly, I just received a message from RAMS saying my delivery is on the way. I don't think they care at all about customers. Dinesh Santhilal always forwards my queries to Refilwe Ratiba who couldn't be bothered.
