ORDERED ONLINE BUT NO CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY
<p>I have phoned this supplier countless times, the one gentleman in charge of Online orders was not available and no return phone calls were received. I ordered a matress topper online but never received any confirmation of when I can expect delivery of this item. Terrible service</p>

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused as the order could only be processed today as it pulled through late afternoon on Friday and payment only reflected on Saturday. Unfortunately, due to Tevo being closed over the weekend we were unable to process and confirm the order sooner. Please note that the order was processed earlier today.
