Not working kettle

I am so disappointed with the bennet read kettle that i have bought from Makro last year around September, I have already returned it twice now, first it was first week of January 2025 then now in just last week Thursday, so i have demanded my refund because i don't want it anymore its not working properly it keeps on stop working, can you please assist? I don't want the product anymore I want my refund to get another properly working product.
