Not standing to your guarantee

I purchased a Bennett Read Hydro from Game stores and when we purchased the unit we were told by the Tevo salesman that the unit had a two year guarantee he did not tell us that only certain parts are under guarantee . The unit is still under guarantee and the so called 4m Ultra Durable Extendable Hose has broken . We took the so called 4m Ultra Durable Extendable Hose back to Game and the same salesman tells us that he will have to phone and get a cash price and I will have to pay for a new so called 4m Ultra Durable Extendable Hose. If the unit has a 2 year guarantee then surely the hose should be replaced in store?? Please can you supply me with some feedback as I have sent a mail to [Email Removed] but yet no one has responded. This is the second unit I have had , the first unit the same thing happened parts fell apart on the same pipe so we took it in and had to wait Three weeks for an assessment to be done . When we picked the unit up it was still the same condition as when we sent it in . After some time of arguing with the store manager he eventually replace the unit . If the hose is so durable , why does it keep falling out of the connecting piece and breaking ???
