Not so tough bennet.read Hydro

I have a Bennet.Read Hydro that I bought end October 2016. The hose is broken where is comes into the pipe ( I DID NOT BREAK IT MYSELF). I bought the machine from Makro in Amanzimtoti. Went there with broken hose, are told by the sales rep that the hose has to be sent in for repairs wich can take from 7 to 20 working days. We are relocating to Gauteng in 2 weeks time. So I asked if I could buy a new hose just to make the process a bit faster. Yes at R150 but they don't keep them in stock so I have to drive to Pinetown (50km round trip for a hose) or Umhlanga (100km round trip). Currently I am sitting with a R1799 useless machine. They are still trying to find the regional sales rep so they will come back to me. I mean really. One hose???????? And I keep remembering the Sales Rep at that time proudly twisting the hose around showing how strong it was....
