Not answering call, broken vacuum cleaner

Your call center Gauteng is definitely understaffed, was 45 minutes on the phone and no one answered. Eventually I gave up. I wanted to speak to one of your consultants regarding a broken Bennett Read Tough 10 vacuum cleaner which is broken. The Tough 10 ain't so tough after all. One of the 4 *****s holding the handle fell straight into the electric motor and the electric motor obviously is now broken. That is a serious design flaw if parts can fall into the motor! Since no one answered my call to discuss this issue I will now look for another brand
