Not a happy customer

<p>I bought a bennett read Hydro advance vacuum machine last year June from Pick n Pay hyper in Woodmead. I took it for repairs in March 2016 because it power suction was no longer powerful. I only got it back Ma Pick n pay called that my machine is read for collection I was so happy that I got my machine back, I have sinus and using a brush makes them worse because of the dust.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got home to open the Tevo wrap only to find out that the micro particle filter was not inside the motor unit. I called back Pick n pay explaining to them.The lady that was assisting me contacted Tevo, Tevo told her it can't be found.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then called by a representative of Tevo telling me that they can't find the filter I need to buy a new one. I refused, I told him it is not my fault. Tevo and pick n pay need to sort it out. Days later I was told it was found, Friday 2 June I went to collect it. Sa****ay morning I connect my vacuum. Only to find out that the motor that was replaced on my vacuum was the incorrect one. I feel so disappointed, I bought this expensive machine thinking that I will be satisfied with the product.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm just tired running like a headless chicken to get my vacuum fixed in a proper was.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I have my money back, I believe the vacuum machine has 2 years guarantee. Or get the new one.</p>
