Non Existant Service

On the 15/08/2022, I have requested a quote on a part, where I got a reply from Refilwe that they don't have stock, only available end of August. I then advised her that the part that she said they don't have stock on, is not the part I have requested. And showed her again a picture of the part, since the she just ignored me. I then also send another email later that day, seeing that Refilwe is just ignoring me, and on the 17/08/2022 I did a follow up again, I then got a call the next morning on 18/08/2022 from JP, advising me that they are busy with stock taking, but he will assist me the following week. The next week I contacted him, he told me that the part will come on the 01/09/2022 and he will then arrange with me. On the 6/09/2022, I Followed up again, getting ignored and on the 10/09/2022 I followed up again, he then told me that the part came and that he will send me the following week, and he will contact me the Monday or Tuesday. On the 14th I did another follow up and got ignored again, then on the 16/09/2022 I did again another follow up, and that's when I noticed I got blocked on whatspp by him, because my message did not want to go threw. ( And he asked me to contact him via whatsapp).

On the 21/09/2022, I've sent another email requested to be assisted. Suddenly Refilwe came back alive, still not responding to my previous emails, however now there is a lot of email happening, this 1 sends a email to that one to pickup the part from that one, then later another email, that that one must pick the part there. And then this one is waiting for that one to confirm that she has received the part.
