Non Delivery / Zero Service

Placed an order on 15/06/20 & completed payment. Five days later & I've still had no feedback regarding my order even though the website says my order has been completed. I've tried calling on numerous occasions & all I get is an automated message saying their mailbox is full. What is going on with my order???
