No support on Bennet Read / TEVO products at GAME Keywest

I have bought a Bennet Read *****th vacuum cleaner 2022-12-04 at Game Cradlestone 000GI***, the plastic on the foot section broke in the first 2 weeks. When taking it back to Game Keywest which is my closest branch, I received various stories - from that, I should have been told that the foot is not part of the guarantee and that the salesperson in Cradlestone was *********** not to have told me that, that I should take the vacuum cleaner back to the original store (What if I bought it in Cape Town). The Game's manageress said it is not a GAME problem, who say that they only sell the products, it is Tevo's issue. As a customer I really do not care whose problem it is, I went to Game to buy a product and was convinced that it is a Bennet Read vacuum that will suit my needs. Eventually, after 3 managers and 3 salespersons in GAME that day was put on the phone with Tevo's area manager, who promised to courier me a foot, and asked me to give a copy of my sales slip, address and phone number to the salesperson. Up to today nobody contacted me (I made a call thereafter to follow up to Keywest Game customer care), nothing was delivered and I wasted 2 hours instore...NOTHING made no progress. There was a foot instore which they did not want to give to me as it was for display purposed. There was stock in the box, but they did not want to exchange the foot or the vacuum. Bottom line, to buy a TEVO product at GAME means no backup support.
