No spare parts, not a good investment

We bought a 15 in 1 complete steam cleaning system in August 2016. I only used it to deep clean my home every 4-6 months. In March 2020 I used it. In July 2020 it didn't work. It hadn't even been 4 years, and its not used that often. Also, I bought the most expensive unit on the market at the time, so I expected more longevity. I sent it in for repairs and they have so spare parts. Now I have this big unit and all these parts (many never been used) and its useless to me without the steam unit. Very disappointing. Will not be buying Bennet Read again.
